Please read them carefully before making your reservation.

• Number Of Participants Per Group: Small groups of 6 tourers minimum and up to 19 tourers maximum

Based on the final number of participants the groups will be designed by H.P.Tours for best customer satisfaction. Each group will have private driver and certified English speaking tour guide.

• Full Day Athens Tour Price: 65€ (Per Person).
• Deposit: 30€ (Per Person). The remaining balance will be paid (in cash) directly to the driver at the end of the tour.
• Full Day Athens Tour Duration: ~ 8 Hours


• Half Day Athens Tour Price: 50€ (Per Person).
• Deposit: 20€ (Per Person). The remaining balance will be paid (in cash) directly to the driver at the end of the tour.
• Half Day Athens Tour Duration: 4½ to 5 Hours

• New, Full A/C, Mercedes-Benz Vito or Viano (for small groups up to 6 tourers).
• New, Full A/C, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Minibus (from 7 to 19 tourers).
• Driver & certified English speaking tour guide.

  • Entrance fees.
    The fees per person are :
    12 Euros in total for all the archaeological sites in Athens (Acropolis site, Ancient Greek Agora, Temple of Zeus, Roman Agora, Tower of Winds)
    5 Euros for the New Acropolis Museum.
    Children under the age of eighteen (18) do not pay entrance fees.
    The tour guide will take care of the entrance tickets to the sites and museum. You will pay him on the spot.
  • Lunch (optional)
    We can recommend various good restaurants in Plaka.
• Confirmation

Once you complete the online process “Book Now” you will receive a voucher via E-Mail with all required information. Please print it and have it with you during the tour. Once the group reaches the minimum number of participants (6 tourers) you will receive an E-Mail notification 20 days prior to tour confirming that itinerary of your choice will be conducted as planned. Please note that if there is not enough participants (minimum 6 tourers) then you will be notified via E-Mail, in which case you can alternatively book a private tour at a special price, or find tour mates while on ship, or finally, if none of above mentioned alternatives plan out, you will be fully refunded.

• Cancellation Policy
  • Full refund if cancelled up to 10 days prior to the agreed date and time.
  • No refund if cancelled within the last 10 days prior to the arrival date.

  Please note that all alterations or cancellations should be made via E-mail. In any case the cruise ship does not follow original itinerary and docks at the port of Piraeus on alternate of prebooked date of your tour; you are kindly requested to inform us ASAP, in which case your tour will go ahead as planned on new date of arrival.
  If for any unforeseen reason the cruise ship does not dock at the port of Piraeus, you will be fully refunded.

  Attention : In case of cancellation your deposit will be refunded via PayPal.

• Meeting Point & Time
  • Please follow the instructions indicated on your voucher.
  • In case of not being able to find the driver or your tour guide, please contact the emergency numbers.
  • Collections from cruise ship terminals are agreed to, and will take place at the time indicated on the voucher.

*** Maximum waiting time will be twenty (20) minutes after the time mentioned on the voucher.
If you miss the minibus please contact the emergency numbers so we can give you directions on how you will meet the group in the city center.
You will have to pay for your own transportation to the city center.
