As you may have noticed, we do not list prices on our website.
This approach is intended to foster direct communication with our clients, allowing us to ensure
availability and gain a deeper understanding of their specific preferences. This way, we can tailor the
experience to be more unique and personalized.
Our pricing is based on the per-vehicle model, rather than a per-person rate, and may vary depending on several factors, including your pick-up and drop-off locations, tour duration, and the time of year (high or low season).

promptly with a competitive rate tailored to your request.

Our rates clearly specify what is included in the tour cost and what is not. Typically, the price that
will be mentioned to you will not include either the entrance fees or the meals costs.

Our fleet includes a range of Mercedes vehicles, such as sedans, minivans, and minibuses, capable
of accommodating groups of 1 to 20 passengers.
For groups larger than 20, we can either combine several of our own vehicles to accommodate your
group or collaborate with our trusted network of carefully selected partners.
These associates share our commitment to quality and are fully capable of providing the same high
standard of service we offer.
Rest assured, we will ensure your needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and
attention to detail.

We offer pick-up and drop-off services to and from any location you specify for your tour.
For pick-ups and drop-offs from hotels in Athens, Piraeus, or the Port of Piraeus, this service is
included at no additional charge.
For pick-ups and drop-offs from Athens International Airport, the suburbs of Athens and Attica (such
as Lagonisi), ports outside of Piraeus (like Lavrio Port), or any locations beyond Athens (such as
Nafplion), additional charges will apply. These charges are determined based on the vehicle used and the distance traveled.
If you are arriving by flight, your driver will meet you at the customs exit at Athens International
Airport, holding an H.P. Tours sign with your name.
For cruise or ferry arrivals, the driver will be waiting for you at the corresponding terminal at Piraeus
Port, also holding an H.P. Tours sign with your name.
If you are staying at a hotel in Athens, your driver will greet you in the hotel lobby.

First and foremost, the ideal start time depends on the type of tour, your preferences, and
your schedule.
For travelers who have the entire day available for sightseeing and prefer a morning tour, we
recommend starting between 07:30 and 08:00 am.
This timing allows you to avoid the heat and intense sun of the Greek summer, while also giving
you the opportunity to visit the archaeological sites when they are less crowded.

Our rates clearly specify what is included in the tour cost and what is not. Typically, the price
mentioned to you only covers the services of an English-speaking driver.
The option to book a licensed tour guide is available, but it’s entirely up to you based on how much
in-depth information you’d like about the sites.
If you do choose to book a guide, we’re happy to help.
We can arrange a licensed guide for you, noting that they work as freelancers, so availability may
vary. There will also be an additional charge, which we’ll make sure to inform you of ahead of time.
We rely on our network of professional guides, who meet our high standards, and we’re confident
they’ll also align with yours.

To proceed with your reservation, you will have to complete a reservation form that we will forward
to you, using either a VISA or MasterCard credit card (American Express is not accepted).
We will receive and process your reservation in a timely manner.
A confirmation form with all the necessary details will be sent to you via email shortly after, at which
point your booking will be finalized.
Important Note: Although the booking form requires submitting your credit card details, these will
be kept in a safe environment and will be exclusively used for confirmation purposes.
By completing the confirmation form, you authorize charges to your credit card only in the event of a
no-show or failure to comply with the cancellation policy, which will have been clearly outlined to
you.

Full payment is required at the conclusion of your tour or transfer and may be settled via cash or
credit card (VISA or MasterCard).
Payments for licensed tour guide services, if utilized, must be made in cash (Euros) at the end of the
service and paid directly to your driver.

If you wish to prepay the full amount for your services in advance, simply let us know, and we will
provide you with a secure payment link to complete the transaction.
By doing so, you will qualify for a more flexible cancellation policy, allowing for later cancellations.
The specific terms will depend on the service booked and its original cancellation policy.
