We can guarantee that you will have a memorable day in Athens and we'll optimize your time as best as possible. We will show you all the highlights and you will be dropped off at the port before your ship departs.

Based on the final number of participants the groups will be designed by H.P.Tours for best customer satisfaction. Each group will have private driver and certified English speaking tour guide.
Once you complete the online process “Book Now” you will receive a voucher via E-Mail with all required information. Please print it and have it with you during the tour. Once the group reaches the minimum number of participants (6 tourers) you will receive an E-Mail notification 20 days prior to tour confirming that itinerary of your choice will be conducted as planned. Please note that if there is not enough participants (minimum 6 tourers) then you will be notified via E-Mail, in which case you can alternatively book a private tour at a special price, or find tour mates while on ship, or finally, if none of above mentioned alternatives plan out, you will be fully refunded.
Please note that all alterations or cancellations should be made via E-mail. In any case the cruise ship does not follow original itinerary and docks at the port of Piraeus on alternate of prebooked date of your tour; you are kindly requested to inform us ASAP, in which case your tour will go ahead as planned on new date of arrival.
If for any unforeseen reason the cruise ship does not dock at the port of Piraeus, you will be fully refunded.
*** Maximum waiting time will be fifteen (15) minutes after the time mentioned on the voucher.
If you miss the minibus please contact the emergency numbers so we can give you directions on how you will meet the group in the city center.
You will have to pay for your own transportation to the city center.

The Acropolis (where you will see the Propylea which is the monumental entrance to the Acropolis, the Temple of Athena Nike which is dedicated to Athena-Apteros Nike, the Temple of Erechtheion which is dedicated to Athena Polias, the Caryatides and finally the Parthenon Temple which is dedicated to Athena Parthenos, patron Goddess of the ancient city of Athens.
The Herodeon Theater, the ruins of the Theater of Dionysus, Areopagus [Mars Hill]), The Temple of Zeus (which is the largest ancient temple in Greece in the Corinthian Order), The Panathinaic Stadium (also known as The Kallimarmaro; the original stadium fully restored in 1895 for the first modern Olympic games in 1896), The Hill of Lycabettus, The Old Palace, The Changing of The Presidential Guards who guard The Tomb of The Unknown Soldier. The Catholic Cathedral, the “Neoclassical Trilogy” The Academy which is a replica of the Propylea, the National Library & the First University of Athens.
For lunch and free time, Plaka, this is Athens’ oldest and most picturesque neighborhood. It is stone-paved, with narrow streets, and many different souvlaki taverns, restaurants and souvenir shops, and finally The New Acropolis Museum. *
Entrance fee required: 20 Euros for Acropolis, 6 Euros for the Temple of Zeus & 5 Euros for the New Acropolis Museum. *
Tip: The tour quide will take care of the entrance tickets to the sites and museum. You will pay her and/or him on the spot.
* Please note, for those of you who don't want to visit the Acropolis Museum, you can spend your free time in Plaka and we pick you up at prearranged meeting point before we depart for the port of Piraeus.
