Our pricing is calculated per vehicle rather than per person and may vary based on factors such as pick-up and drop-off locations, tour duration, and the time of year (high or low season). Our rates clearly specify what is included in the tour price and what is not. The quoted prices do not include entrance fees or meal costs. However, we can arrange and issue any required tickets in advance to secure the appropriate time slot and provide skip-the-line access for a smoother experience.

Our fleet includes a range of Mercedes vehicles, including sedans, minivans, and minibuses, available for groups of 1 to 16 passengers and bookable directly through our website. For groups larger than 16 passengers, simply send us an email and we will tailor a solution to meet your needs. We can either combine multiple vehicles from our own fleet or arrange the necessary transportation through our trusted network of carefully selected partners. Rest assured, your group will be accommodated with the utmost professionalism, comfort, and attention to detail.

We offer pick-up and drop-off services to and from any location you specify for your tour. For pick-ups and drop-offs from hotels in Athens, Piraeus, or the Port of Piraeus, this service is included at no additional charge. For pick-ups and drop-offs from Athens International Airport, the suburbs of Athens and Attica (such as Lagonisi), ports outside of Piraeus (like Lavrio Port), or any locations beyond Athens (such as Nafplion), additional charges will apply. These charges are determined based on the vehicle used and the distance traveled. If you are arriving by flight, your driver will meet you at the customs exit at Athens International Airport, holding an H.P. Tours sign with your name. For cruise or ferry arrivals, the driver will be waiting for you at the corresponding terminal at Piraeus Port, also holding an H.P. Tours sign with your name. If you are staying at a hotel in Athens, your driver will greet you in the hotel lobby.

The ideal start time depends on the type of tour, your preferences, and your schedule. For travelers who have the entire day available for sightseeing and prefer a morning tour, we recommend starting between 07:30 and 08:00 am. This timing allows you to avoid the heat and intense sun of the Greek summer, while also giving you the opportunity to visit the archaeological sites when they are less crowded.

The prices listed on our website cover the services of an English-speaking tour driver. The option to book a licensed tour guide is available, but it's entirely up to you based on how much in-depth information you’d like about the sites. If you do choose to book a guide, we can arrange one for you, noting that they work as freelancers, so availability may vary. There is an additional charge mentioned in the exclusions of each product. We rely on our network of professional guides, who meet our high standards, and we’re confident they’ll also align with yours.

To proceed with your reservation, we kindly encourage you to use our online secure booking system, through which your reservation can be completed quickly and safely. Alternatively, if you prefer to contact us via email, you will be required to complete and return a reservation form that we will forward to you and safely provide your reservation details using a VISA or MasterCard credit card (American Express is not accepted). Upon receipt, we will process your reservation in a timely manner, and a confirmation email with all the necessary details will be sent to you shortly after, at which point your booking will be finalized.

Important Note: Although the reservation form requires submitting your credit card details, these will be kept in a safe and secure environment and will be used exclusively for confirmation purposes. By completing the confirmation form, you authorize charges to your credit card only in the event of a no-show or failure to comply with the cancellation policy, which will have been clearly outlined to you

Full payment is required at the conclusion of your tour or transfer and may be settled via cash or credit card (VISA or MasterCard). Payments for licensed tour guide services, if utilized, must be made in cash (Euros) at the end of the service and paid directly to your driver.

If you do not wish to complete your reservation through our online booking system and would prefer to prepay the full amount for your services in advance, simply let us know, and we will provide you with a secure payment link to complete the transaction. By doing so, you may qualify for a more flexible cancellation policy, allowing for later cancellations. The specific terms will depend on the service booked and its original cancellation policy.
